Our Story
The Sanctuary was founded in 1998 with one therapist and a big vision: to see clients as the individuals they are and care for them as such. In 2011, founder Kristin Kohs, CMT, brought together a team of like-minded therapists within different disciplines to offer clients a holistic healing experience. The Sanctuary Holistic Healing Center was born.
With 25 years of experience in restorative bodywork and movement therapies, Kristin and her staff are dedicated to helping clients live healthier lifestyles. She has created a relaxation haven for the treatment of chronic pain issues, stress relief, and general wellness therapies.
The Sanctuary is one of the most results-driven facilities in the Bay Area and is ready to help clients relax, be pampered, and enjoy better well-being through a wide range of services.
