Providing a Calming Experience

•Scheduling is done by appointment only.
•Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in and relaxation.
•Before your service begins, we ask that you remove all jewelry and bring a contact case for your contact lenses (solution will be provided).
•Appointments begin promptly.
•We have a 48-hour cancellation policy and if you cancel with less than a 48-hour notice, a 50% charge of your service will occur.
•Upon arriving into the ‘Quiet Zone’ we ask that you speak in a low voice so as not to disturb the other clients or the calm around you.
•This is your time to relax and escape so we ask that you please turn off your cell phone and other devices.

•During your session if you like to chat, we will chat with soft voices. If you prefer to relax in silence, we want you to feel comfortable doing so.
•We understand parents have busy schedules, but we encourage you to make proper arrangements for your children. Though we love children, they can be disruptive to other relaxation sessions.
