Valhalla Elementary has a strong special education program that supports all kids, regardless of whether they have an Individualized Education Plan or not. The SST process allows them to address students' individual needs and find solutions unique to them too! They've formed the Coordinated CARE team in order to deal with academic, behavioral, and emotional issues; this will help any student who is referred from their CARE referral system.

Their Principal plays an integral role on the team as well--alongside counselors, psychologists, occupational therapists, general educators, and teachers among others, to ensure Valhalla's Special Ed Program provides each child what he/she deserves the most.
