What You Should Wear To Get A Massage?

How do you know what to wear when it's time for a massage? What I recommend is wearing something that will make you feel comfortable and not constrictive.  It doesn't have to be fancy, just comfortable! You may want to avoid anything too tight or loose and try to dress in layers so you can take things off if the masseuse asks. You should also slip your shoes off during the session so they don't bother you. Overall, just wear whatever makes you feel best!

Afraid to strip down?

If modesty is your thing and you’re not a fan of the idea that someone will be massaging parts of your body, then fear not! If you like to wear as much clothing during treatment sessions as possible, it is possible for some treatments (such as Swedish massage) to only require covering from intimate areas. You may find this limiting in terms of what can be done with certain muscles since they won't have full access if covered at all times... but don't worry - there are plenty more ways than one to get a deep-down good rub down while still feeling comfortable.

Preferring barely naked but not too exposed?

You no longer have to choose between comfort and modesty. With the right clothing, you can be comfortable while still maintaining some degree of decency for your session in a spa or massage facility by opting out of wearing just one layer-either on top or underneath! If an area that needs work is covered up with either underwear bands holding your bra straps together, this will break up end-to-end muscle treatment allowing for maximum effectiveness from our therapists during service sessions. The key here though is keeping it minimal: if at any point skin coverage becomes excessive then we cannot provide services as efficiently and effectively because a balance must be maintained both internally (good health) but also externally (a good experience).

Are you ready to strip down everything?

Don't let embarrassment or discomfort keep you from enjoying a relaxing, therapeutic massage. If being in the buff is what enables you to relax the most and if it's important for your therapist to be able to massage with long uninterrupted strokes, then this option may work best for you. Keep in mind that when no clothing is involved during a session there are some rules of etiquette: Your private areas will always remain covered by sheets on top of the table throughout your entire treatment; even when turning over they'll cover up any exposed parts so as not see them while uncovered--you won’t have anything but peace-of-mind.
